About Me

My name is Karen.  I’m a student teacher, in the midst at the end (!) of my teacher education program at the University of Ottawa.  I’m also a mum to three wonderful children, a spouse to a supportive and tolerant life partner, the owner of a dilapidated cottage, lover of all things outdoors, devoted Girl Guide leader.  I’m a laugher, a talker, a fighter for justice, I cry when tears are needed and pull out the one-liners to stop the tears.
